[Barcelona] Workshop Breakfast! ☕🤝

Barcelona is a highly international environment where people from all over the world come to work in sectors as diverse as tech, tourism, and industry. Alumni are often faced with cultural differences. 

☕ This is why Inès and Barbara, Alumni and volunteers within the Barcelona chapter, invite you to a business breakfast:

💡 Pain points I address through the workshop:

• Improving my sales skills in a new cultural environment: Many struggle to connect with people from different cultural backgrounds, making it difficult to build relationships and close sales effectively.

• Adapting services/products to new cultural contexts: While you may excel in your current market, opening new markets or adjusting your offering to meet the needs of different cultural groups can be a significant challenge.

• Managing conflicts in cross-cultural teams, boards, or organizations: Conflicting ideas and cultural differences can prevent teams from reaching a compromise, making collaboration difficult and slowing down decision-making.
