Webinar: Optimize your well-being at work with your brain

🧠 Team up with your brain to advance your work comfort! 🧠

The RH tribe and the Lyon and Paris Chapters offer you an event to maximize your return from vacation!

Self-hypnosis can be a real tool for blossoming in your work and with your teams. One of its strengths is that it only depends on you.

Luc Vacquié will show us how to team up with our brains for performance and well-being at work. Learning a few self-hypnosis tricks that only take a few minutes can bring big benefits to your professional life. He'll tell us how to initiate a dialogue with our brain, which then works day and night to help us succeed.

Luc has compiled these tips in a book published by Dunod ("Autohypnose pour s'épanouir dans son travail"). He will present them to you in this webinar. Tips that will benefit you at work...and in your private life.

Luc Vacquié is a coach and hypnotist. He teaches personal hypnosis.
