Discover Appoline DELMAS' profession of faith
To enable our alumni to vote fairly, the association asked them to answer 6 questions.
ย
Discover now the profession of faith of Appoline DELMAS, (TBS Education PGE 2026)
When someone says TBS Alumni, what are the first words that come to mind?
ย
Community, network, family, bonding, solidarity, afterwork, cool.
ย
What are your current volunteer activities, and/or those you would like to pursue with TBS Alumni?
ย
I'm a2nd year PGE student and President of the PRISM association .
ย
First of all, I'd like to be able to help link TBS Alumni and the associations so that Alumni are connected not through TBSocialNetwork or the Chapters, but through the student associations and their current and former members.
ย
What motivated you to run for the association's Board of Directors?
Several things motivated me to apply:
ย
First of all, I'm currently a student at TBS Education. I'm quite involved in the life of the school: I'm a member of two associations and President of one of them (PRISM); I'm a PGE promotion ambassador, which allows me to take part in seminars, forums and trade fairs on behalf of the school. So I'm an integral part of the alumni who have yet to graduate from this school.
Secondly, I've been working at TBS Alumni for almost a year now. First, I was in charge of the employment area until last May. Once my first-year internship was over, I came back this time as a directory interviewer. So I have an inside view of the association, its challenges and the relationships it can have with the various entities that concern it, whether it's the school, students or alumni around the world.
So, my two hats of student and surveyor give me an almost global vision of the Alumni association. Joining the association's Board of Directors could therefore bring a student voice and the link I can represent between students and alumni.
ย
How do you see the future of TBS Alumni?
ย
Big, with alumni and students even more closely linked.
ย
What is your area of professional expertise?
ย
I haven't yet specialized in my studies (apart from the fact that I have a degree in languages and literature), but I may have some expertise in the field of inclusion, diversity and equality. Indeed, I'm very involved in the fight for gender equality and women's rights, hence my presidency of the PRISM association. An association within which I was able to organize a women's rights week in March, as well as the ANEDD, notably by contributing the social aspect to the event. This commitment led to an internship with one of the Vice Presidents of the French Senate and former Minister for Women's Rights: Laurence Rossignol. So I'm already familiar with these areas.
