Discover Audrey RIGONNAUD' profession of faith
To enable our alumni to vote fairly, the association asked them to answer 6 questions.
Β
DiscoverAudrey RIGONNAUD's profession of faith (TBS Education PGE 2006).
When someone says TBS Alumni, what are the first words that come to mind?
Β
Family - Network - Mutual aid - Power
Β
What are your current volunteer activities, and/or those you would like to pursue with TBS Alumni?
Β
I run the RH Paris tribe, organize management development workshops and am a partner coach.
Β
What motivated you to run for the association's Board of Directors?
Β
The desire to keep the network alive, to stimulate new ideas: alumni are the strength of a school!
The more dynamic and high-quality the network, the more it inspires people to get involved... "Alone we go faster, together we go further", isn't that right?
Β
How do you see the future of TBS Alumni?
Β
I see the future of TBS Alumni in the added value provided by a collective of professionals who share a piece of common history. I think it's important to develop three axes: the network's reputation among its members, the solidity of its links and a culture of preference (in a "give-and-take" balance). I have a pragmatic vision of our network. Why would a graduate contact TBS Alumni? To find a (better) job, to finance a project, to develop a business, to get advice, to launch an ambitious project... We are fortunate to share a world-renowned diploma, with alumni with rich and varied careers... It's all there!
Β
What is your area of professional expertise?
Β
Training and coaching managerial teams.... In fact, helping to make the invisible visible in a team... Catalyzing its human dimension.
