François DUPUY is a certified coach from Paris, Debriefer for Harrison Assessment and practises Caycedian Sophrology.

CAREER:

20 years' experience in business :

• Key account and market management (France and Export).
• Management and leadership of sales teams (Paris and regional).
• Coaching and facilitation practice since 2017 (use of tools in Psychology, Coaching and Sophrology in a context of complementarity).

François intervenes in the following coaching contexts :

• Individuel (experts, leaders and managers, competitors, atypical talents and those with high intellectual potential).
• Collectively, within structures and organizations, for skills development, growth and transformation projects.

As a «mindset facilitator», François works with a collective approach to improve decision-making and lasting change on different problems within the scope of individual and collective development (personal skills development, professional efficiency, management & leadership).
