After a career in innovation, Marion founded La Fabrique à Rêve to support managers and their teams in their development.

A certified professional coach and equicoach with a passion for the human and the living, Marion offers an approach combining introspection, experimentation and transformation to help her customers navigate complexity and develop leadership that combines performance and humanity.
