[HR Tribe] - Feedback on "Sharing viewpoints on the use of Labour Courts"

On 10th February, an event was held by the HR Tribe entitled «Sharing points of view on using the Labour Courts». Firstly, we would like to thank our conference speaker, Xavier Major, for providing us with his insight and stories about this institution ! We also thank all Alumni who joined the videoconference. 

During our exchange we had to opportunity to ask questions and improve our understanding about this very specific tribunal, how it is organized and also what kind of lawsuits are dealt with. It was also the chance to correct false ideas around the tribunal, for exemple, "employees always win" or "judges always defend employees", etc. 

We look forward to seeing you soon at our next events and we hope that we will be able to meet in person again when the conditions are right.
