Deaths - Jean-Philippe Ruggieri (TBS 1992), Managing Director of Nexity, has died.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death last night of Jean-Philippe Ruggieri, Managing Director of the Nexity Group, as a result of Covid-19.

Jean-Philippe, who graduated from TBS in 1992, enthusiastically agreed to sponsor our TBS Alumni Real Estate Tribe 3 years ago. He has always been present and supported the initiative to relaunch and animate our Real Estate Club.

More recently, he spoke in the latest issue of "La Tribu" magazine (n°101), available on the TBS Alumni website, on the theme of "The city of tomorrow".

A true Toulousan, proud of his roots and always mobilized to serve the real estate industry.

Jean-Philippe took over as CEO of the real estate services group in March 2019, succeeding Alain Dinin who became Chairman of the Board.
He had joined Nexity in 2001 following the takeover of the development company founded by his father in Toulouse, which he was managing at the time.

His energy, empathy and charisma, recognized by all, will create a great void for all the group's managers and employees," commented Nexity in a press release. Our warmest thoughts are with his family."
