Atout-caP, founded by our Alumni Amandine PILLOT (TBS 2007), supports SMEs about their disability policy. Costs are reduced and CSR policies are improved when actions are taken to employ disabled workers, in line with the Obligation to Hire !
In order to raise the number of disabled workers, there are several levers which allow cross-sectional interventions :
- Strategy:
- Diagnostic & elaboration of a made-to-measure policy for disabled workers
- Implementation of the disability action plan
- External Handicap Referent (required for companies with more than 250 employees)
- HR :
- Workshop "Become Handi-Friendly" for HR & Managers
- Support in the recruitment process for handicaped workers
- Hotline or telephone permanence to inform colleagues using a third person, videoconferencing, telephone or on location
- Personalized follow-up with disabled workers
- Internal & External Communications - Event management:
- Customized awareness programs : quiz against popular misconceptions, situation simulation, testimony by paraolympic champions, etc.
- Editorial themes for different communication channels (newsletter, website) and press
- Employment brand
- Financial Aids :
- Optimizing the Agefiph subsidy
- Developing responsible purchase policies
