My name is Emiliano Sanchez and I was born in Mexico.

What program did you choose at TBS?
I chose the Master in Management program (2019-2020). I am now studying the Master in Aerospace Management (2020-2021). I signed up for these courses because they are the means to reaching my professional goal which is to evolve as a business director within the aeronautics, space or defence sector.

How would your best friend describe you?

Very intelligent, mature, ambitious, hard-working, always smiling and ready to help others. In the words of a very good friend : "Borracho pero buen muchacho" (A drunk but a good one).

What is your passion, project or activity that you would like to share with Alumni?

I would like to share my passion for consistently learning something new, consistently growing on a personal and professional level. I take care of my body and mind in order to achieve even the most ambitious of my goals.

Tell us more about your passion, your project and what it has contributed to your own life:

My parents, Arturo and Carmen, taught me that in order to succeed in life and reach my goals, I must dream big and work even harder. That is the origin of my "thirst" for knowledge, self-development and improvement. I would like to share this vision with everyone in the TBS community.

Did you need help or do you need help now to go forward?

I come from Leon Guanajuato in Mexico and was born into a modest family. Nevertheless, I was fortunate in that my family in Mexico and my friends in France have always been there for me, supporting and guiding me to make the right decisions. Today I have achieved my first objectives thanks to them. In my opinion, a combination of good relationships and hard work are the key to success.

Please share your future ambitions with Alumni. What are you doing to achieve this ambition ?

I would like to become a business director within an international company in the aeronautics, space or defence industry. The road ahead is long but I am working towards this goal and that is why I decided to study in one of the best business schools in France, in the world. I want to learn the right skills and to get ready to take on all the challenges.

Bearing in mind you have access to the TBS Alumni network, how do you see the network supporting you?

I consider that those who have the same goals and who can push me to work harder by sharing advice, experience and friendship are invaluable to me. In this life, nothing is more important than having a positive influence and being in contact with people you admire and can turn to.

What was the decisive factor that made you choose TBS?

To be honest, in my view, TBS is a very prestigious institution, particularly in finance and aeronautics management. However, it is important not to neglect the great atmosphere in the student meet-up areas, and the quality of the student and alumni networks. In my eyes as a Mexican, TBS perfectly reflects France with its huge sense of hospitality and "partying" but above all, professionalism.
