HR Conclave on “Resilience Leading to Renaissance” on 25th & 26th February, 2021

Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI) is organising its first flagshipHR conclave that will bring together CEO’s, CHRO’s and HR experts to discuss future trends in areas of Organizational Capability, Talent and Leadership.

In India, the classical models of appointed till age of retirement’ for direct employees of the company and ‘contract working’ for temporary work for blue collar employees are prevalent. With the remote working experience, use of technology has improved substantially across industries, which will support hybrid models in future as well. Also, many jobs, including at senior management levels, are likely to become contract jobs (fixed term) or short term project based engagements or part time working jobs. Is this trend a big one globally? Will this be real in India anytime soon? How big it can be? How good it will be for the industry and for talent?
