I have myself been in just this situation and many others besides, particuarly when I was at the head of a special needs establishment, or in supply chain activity. For this reason, I have decided to provide leaders and HR managers on my path with an outside view of their activity, organization, management and their teams. The lack of wellbeing can be seen by increased absenteeism, drop in production, low morale, stress, fatigue, conflicts, dissatisfied customers, slow reaction time, etc.
