Toulouse, Sustainable City : Support the project!

Create a Sustainable City and become Conso'actors 

Magali PASCAL (TBS 2015), together with 3 other people, has created an association to reference all companies and activities involved in sustainable development in the Occitania region.  

Magali gives us her insight into the project: 

Toulouse Ville Durable (Toulouse Sustainable City) is a specialized web media platform, the purpose of which is to promote companies with a sustainable and innovative approach, a regional knowledge base to include project leaders in Occitania. This media platform is positive and forward-thinking and aims to provide a diverse vision on ecological transition taking place in our area, thanks to clear information about the diversity of our economic ecosystem.  

The approach is «simple» : reach out to the actors in order to understand the challenges in their activities and to make the information collected available for everyone, both professionals and individuals who can make use of it and act on it.

Once the information is collated, this database will constitute a universal, online tool, giving us all leverage about our own consumption and take an active role on our own level in order to transform our territory and to develop the local economy. The objective is to create the largest and most comprehensive database possible, thus making the association a reference in the region as regards sustainable development. 

Today, the association includes 8 people : 4 cofounders and 4 volunteer editors.
