[Toulouse] Talent Dating on 13 June

On 13 June 2019, the TBS Entiore campus hosted a major event, the result of a joint project between HR Tribe, the MiT UP Club, and the TBS Alumni Career and Employment Centre.

On the programme, a Talent Dating that brought together no fewer than 24 recruiters and 75 alumni, followed by a conference on commitment at work. In total, more than 110 alumni showed up for the event.

The Pitch & Match application made it possible for Talent dating to organize more than 100 meetings, of 10 min each, between candidates and recruiters. It’s an ideal format to find a maximum number of opportunities in record time.

The conference, on the topic of commitment, gave rise to debates on the ins and outs of engaging employees and teams in their business. A key point for making an approach to innovation a success and for retaining talent in an increasingly unstable employment market. High-level speakers from a wide variety of backgrounds shared their experiences on this subject: Bernard Coulaty (consult, DHR International), Elisabeth Roux (BPI group), Pascal Rouaix (Robert Walters), and Eric Manoncourt (Toulouse Metropole).
