Marion TELINGE (PGE 2011) founded La Fabrique à Rêve, a structure dedicated to supporting professionals in their quest for meaning. Thanks to a unique approach combining professional coaching, equicoaching and training, she helps leaders, managers and their teams to strengthen their leadership, develop their skills and align themselves with their values to increase their impact and authenticity.

After a 9-year career in the world of innovation, Marion experienced an existential crisis that prompted her to rethink her professional future.

"One day I felt that something was falling apart. My burnout forced me to ask myself the right questions and realize that it was time to redefine my path."

That's how she decided to create La Fabrique à Rêve, a flexible structure that enables her to realize her deepest aspirations.

Today, Marion helps leaders, managers, entrepreneurs and individuals clarify their objectives and adopt a mindset aligned with their values.
