Crisis and CSR

The health crisis that we have just been through has been the catalyst for a lot of trends, aspirations, and  awareness of the population, particularly in the field of ecological transition, territorial planning, mobility, and consumption patterns.

Thus, the massive and constrained experimentation of telework during the confinement has profoundly modified the working methods as well as the places where work is carried out. In terms of housing, it is a time of renewal for medium-sized towns on the outskirts of the metropolises!

The possibility of working "close to home" two or three days a week reduces the need for transport and increases the quality of life and purchasing power of employees. At the same time, there has been a great deal of support for short-distance supply, not only  in the food sector, but also in the awareness of the need to regain local production. Air transport has also been impacted, even if video will not replace all travel, and habits of restraint when it comes to business travel have taken root in companies. In fact, it is our entire way of life that is undergoing accelerated change in favour of an economy that is more respectful of our planet!
